William Henry Draper (1855 - 1933) was an Englist hymnist and Church of England clergyman, born in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, England. He went to Keble College, Oxford and was ordained in 1880. He served in a number of parishes including: St. Mary’s, Shrewsbury, Alfreton, The Abbey Church, Shrewsbury, Adel, Yorkshire, The Temple, London and Axbridge, Somerset. He wrote some 60 hymns for the Guardian, Church Monthly, and other magazines and published:

- Hymns for Holy Week (London: H. Frowde, 1898)
- A Memorial Service for Them That Are Fallen Asleep in Christ (London: H. Frowde, 1898)
- The Way of the Cross (Oxford, England: A. R. Mowbray & Co.)
He died in Clifton, Bristol, England.
