Charles Edward Oakley (1832 - 1865) MA was an English Clergyman and Lawyer. He was Rector of Wickwar, in Gloucestershire and later at St Paul's, Convent Garden, London. He married Lady Georgina Mary Louise Reynolds-Moreton, daughter of Henry George Francis Reynolds-Moreton (1802 - 1853), 2nd Earl of Ducie.
